We are currently in the beginning of setting way of working together with our newly implemented payroll provider. This is an opportunity for you to join us in a challenging and exciting time that will challenge your skills and let you develop yourself. You will find a small and motivated team, Payroll specialists and Payroll administrators working together to deliver our expertise and supporting the P&C community in Sweden in queries regarding payroll and systems.
Payroll related monthly checks connected to garnishments, debt handling - MONTHLY WORKFLOW
Advanced Payroll and benefits support in ServiceNow e.g. 2nd line support towards organisation (shared responsibility in the team)
Manage payroll related reporting and corrections/Manual workarounds (e.g. re-scheduled sick, ad hoc schedule changes etc.)
Parental management - registration of parental pay and enhanced parental allowance incl. maintenance of list and control of coding
Closing of pay period and uploading of pay slips in Workday (shared responsibility in the team)
Mobility - list shared with mobility on teams and mass upload of payments to Vendor
Do schedules in Workday
Handle employment certificate (shared responsibility in the team)
To be successful in this role you need experience of working within the area Payroll and Systems specially with Workday and HR exchange.
We expect that you have knowledge of Human Resource processes, procedures, Swedish laws and collective labour agreements.
A good knowledge and skills in MS Excel are a big advantage.
You get energy by working with numbers, doing calculations and provide great system support.
You will need to take initiatives, interact with stakeholders and users, coordinate activities and be structured.
As a person you are independent, agile and able to work in a changing environment.
As a person you are service minded, detailed oriented and like to solve problems together with stakeholders and colleagues.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
We are looking to fill 2 positions, full-time (40 hours per week). One assignment is a temporary position until 2023-09-30 and one position is a permanent position. Both positions are based in Älmhult and start date as soon as possible.
