To take responsibility as part of the warehouse team for the completion of the replenishment process in the most efficient, commercial and safe way possible.
In addition, secure the warehouse operations necessary for preparing/picking orders for customers and store. To develop and use knowledge and experience of IKEA operations, including the IKEA tools and expertise of colleagues in the warehouse team to achieve the agreed goods availability for store/customers at the lowest possible costs.
Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of warehouse tasks.
Contribute to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work.
Perform effectively the operation and administrative tasks that support an efficient goods flow process.
Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in order to maximize product availability for customers.
Proper documentation of the transaction made (as back flow/ transfer location/replenishment), articles to be located in the picking location as assigned and reporting quantity variances if found in the bin.
Ability to build trust and communicate in a clear and targeted way with different people in various situations
Ability to manage in a high-volume and vibrant retail environment.
