WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Executes local initiatives in the Market Area linked to employer marketing including managing partnerships with local stakeholders (campus relationship, community & labor bureau), plan and participate in events e.g. campus recruitment, career fairs, open day.
Contributes to a high standard of talent sourcing solutions, deliver a consistent high-quality service to IKEA internal stakeholders and giving candidates an excellent experience in line with our IKEA values and brand.
Support recruitment delivery for massive & entry level positions for own market area.
Utilises global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies
Executes sourcing strategies that address future business needs and objectives through innovative and multichannel methods
Cooperates with country Talent Sourcing & EVP Leader to ensure that all local employer marketing messages are in line with country EVP strategy
Fosters and manages effective relations with stakeholders within the country organisation to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations
Networks with stakeholders in the Market Area to proactively monitor and manage sourcing needs for today and the future
Takes a data-driven approach to monitor and track performance

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Skilled with graphic design & edit tools such as PS, AI, ID, etc.
Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
Knowledge of sourcing tools and strategies
Knowledge of employer branding tools to build trust and create engagement so that IKEA is seen as a great place to work to co-workers and potential co-workers
Knowledge of forecasting, analysing and planning for the talent needs for key positions in IKEA
Knowledge of candidate behaviours and labour market trends in that can help IKEA to gain insights to better attract co-workers
Knowledge of identifying, suitable candidates for a job at IKEA
Knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
