• You have an excellent understanding of processes and stock quality leading to an excellent customer fulfilment.
• You understand the customer needs, demands and expectations on the market.
• You have good knowledge of customer order, range and replenishment administration systems.
• You have a good understanding of the business plan process.
• You are good in building relationships within the organisation with ability to influence others within the own area of expertise by using communication skills.
• You pay attention to quality with ability to complete the work according to procedures and quality standards in timely manner.


• You enable daily operations and efficient distribution network on the market by enabling the right insights into our stock levels and excellent stock quality in all fulfilment units.
• You will secure optimal and accurate stock level of fulfilment units through analysing stock development in cooperation with the operational functions and Business Navigation to secure agreed goals on availability and keep lead time promise at lowest cost.
• You follow up the stock level in all fulfilment units and keeping track of stock weeks on a PMA level, sales order impact.
• You keep track and act on deviations connected to inventory deviations and transactions types (TT).
• You develop local improvements in working methods, systems and tools and implement global routines, system solutions and ways of working togehter with the Supply Chain, Retail and Customer Fulfilment, in close cooperation with the Group Order and Forecast Team to secure continuous improvement.
• You contribute to optimal operational and multichannel development as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks.


We bundle our competences and capabilities on the Greater Vienna Area market. Through that we want to secure a common approach to provide our customers an aligned omnichannel range offer with the highest goods availability and use synergies by aligned replenishment tasks.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from min € 2.591,- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
