WHO YOU ARE

• You have an excellent understanding of processes and stock quality leading to an excellent customer fulfilment.
• You understand the customer needs, demands and expectations on the market.
• You have good knowledge of customer order, range and replenishment administration systems.
• Good understanding of the business plan process.
• You have experience in retail and/or logistics buisness.
• You have excellent knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools.
• You have the ability to make things happen with flexibility, speed and simplicity.
• You have the ability to apply analytical process oriented thinking when acting and propose solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You contribute to successful implementation of actions connected to Commercial calendar, local activities, peak planning and sales steering, being an active partner in the execution of the planning process.
• You monitor and address deviations to secure precision of the operational forecast compared to the actual sales in the store to secure the right demand.
• you secure the most optimal settings within the areas of forecasting and calculations, assess the impact of the different fulfilment flows and effects on store parameters.
• You handle the range change process regarding forecasting, sales space parameters, expected sales start and outgoing quantities, working closely with the store Commercial team.
• You provide follow-ups and analysis for the Commercial team in the store, by working with the agreed global KPIs.
• You forecast alignment by highlighting discrepancies between central and selling unit forecasts and secure that corrective actions are taken.
• You are responsible that fulfilment units build-up the needed stock prior to peak sales periods, supply constraint periods and sales activities and assess further supply chain imbalances in order to ensure full availability to customers.

We bundle our competences and capabilities on the Greater Vienna Area market. Through that we want to secure a common approach to provide our customers an aligned omnichannel range offer with the highest goods availability and use synergies by aligned replenishment tasks.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from min € 2.591,- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
