• You have an excellent understanding of processes and range allocation and administration leading to an excellent customer fulfilment.
• You understand the customer needs, demands and expectations on the market.
• You understand KPIs used for success measures for own function.
• You have good knowledge of customer order, range and replenishment dministration systems.
• You have a good understanding of the business plan process.
• You are good in building relationships within the organisation with ability to influence others within the own area of expertise by using communication skills.
• You pay attention to quality with ability to complete the work according to procedures and quality standards in timely manner.


• You are responsible for ideal range allocation and range administration in each fulfilment unit on the market in strong cooperation with the Range Leader. Such an ideal allocation is based on an optimal allocation of the range in line with the Business Plan and commercial agenda to secure the commercial agreement.
• You secure the full range is available to all customers at all touchpoints through securing that the market has an optimised inbound allocation setup to secure the commercial agreement.
• You are responsible for the allocation of unexpected deviations of discontinued items to the selling units while taking into considerations all commercial implications and monitor the range change process and initiate necessary actions with the Commercial Team.
• You promote and stimulate entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation for the own organisation and total IKEA in close ooperation with the Group Functions.
• You consider the parameters connected to the Customer Fulfilment
sustainability agenda on the market in the range allocation process across all touchpoints.


We bundle our competences and capabilities on the Greater Vienna Area market. Through that we want to secure a common approach to provide our customers an aligned omnichannel range offer with the highest goods availability and use synergies by aligned replenishment tasks.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from min € 2.591,- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
