• You are passionate about leading business through people and have a strong belief in the individuals ‘potential. Being customer oriented you see the customer first and consider the impact on the customer when developing our business and taking strategic, tactical and operational decisions.
• You have university degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or proven performance in Supply Chain Management. You bring 2-4 years working experience in a management position, preferable in distribution, retail, logistics or similar.
• You also bring with you proven successful leadership in delivering both business result and people development in a matrix organisation.
• You have excellent knowledge in project management and proven experience in implementing mid-term and long-term strategies and plans. You have proven financial knowledge and ideally experience in Change Management.
• You have good business understanding about supply chain, store operations, warehousing operations and service business and how they lead to an overall excellent customer fulfilment experience.
• Your analytical capability to enable translation of business and customer needs into development initiatives is strong. You have good knowledge of relevant supply chain IT systems and calculation methods.
• You have a good collaborative mind-set in building relationships across the organisation by using your excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in german and englisch language.


• In this role you will manage the Omnichannel projects and lead the project team in the CFF (Customer Fulfilment) organisation of IKEA Germany and secure an efficient and effective Omnichannel network on the German market.
• Based on the Global Omnichannel Network Agenda and Roadmap you are responsible for the project implementation in our different business units: Central Distribution Centres (to stores and customer homes), Parcel Units, Fulfilment Stores and Pick up Points.
• Together with your team you prepare and follow-up the investment request connected to Customer Fulfilment investments and the investment budget for your market.
• You successfully cooperate with key partners within and outside of retail while contributing with both knowledge and resources to optimal operational. This includes communication and reporting of progress towards all relevant stakeholders through all stages of the multichannel network projects.
• You coach and develop your Project Team and secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed.
• By creating synergies between the different fulfilment network related projects and in co-creation with the Global IKEA organisation you contribute to the development of common ways of working and the further development of tools and processes.
