As a Financial Operations Manager you will lead the Transactional Accounting Team (approximately 8 co-workers) by inspiring and empowering co-workers to the best of their ability and continuously developing them and their assignments. You oversee and manage the entire transactional part of finance. As a Financial Operations Manager you ensure daily effective and efficient work routines, optimize operational transactional processes, mainly in the field of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. You see opportunities to optimize the system landscape, processes and you’re passionate about building a competent and high-performing team of colleagues. A great opportunity to balance between operational and strategical topics.

About you

We are looking for a driven person with a passion and proven track record for the transactional part of finance, continuously looking for improvement and driving change.

You are a Financial Operations Manager with excellent know-how who takes people along in more efficient processes and who enables colleagues to lead and contribute to their fullest potential. An experienced people manager and a trustworthy business partner with a solid financial and accounting background in a global complex environment.

A few more details for you

This is a full time role (40 hours per week) located in Delft, the Netherlands. In this role, you will report to the Accounting Manager. That said, it’s critical to work cross-functionally with other colleagues, stakeholders in the core businesses, franchisees and other organisations.
