•You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Swiss Media industry (agency side). Preferably you also have experience in retail (home furnishing sector). •You have a strong media know-how with a focus on digital media: from elaborating campaign concepts, to planning to optimizing. You have the ability to define KPIs, to follow up on them and capture learnings to improve planning and performance moving forward (social, programmatic, potentially also TV and radio). •You have a broad experience in managing complex paid media budgets. You bring strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate contract terms and rates, follow procurement and auditing processes and build trustful relationships. •You are a strong communicator who is able to lead a project independently and across different stakeholders and implement desired actions with speed and simplicity. •You bring strong technical and analytical skills and you love to analyze data and identify new trends and business opportunities. •You work in a structured way, love to dig into media detail plannings and reportings, you are solution-oriented and energized by driving business growth. •You speak fluently German and English - any other languages are an advantage.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
•Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to the marketing plan in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals. •Responsible for the implementation of the Integrated Media strategy across paid, earned and owned media, on- and offline. •Steer and control media plans (programmatic, social, SEA, radio, potentially TV) and actively implement data-driven and integrated always on campaigns together with the media agency. •Responsible for budget management, actively leading the media agency and finalizing and negotiating all paid advertising contract terms together with the agency such as rates, placement, frequency etc. to maximize return on investment and ensuring cost transparency. •Conduct Media performance analyses: monitor, analyze, report and optimize campaigns and budgets based on learnings and KPIs. •Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within the Marketing team and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact. •Actively lead global initiatives and implement them in the market. •Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.
