As one of the key contributors of the digital channels organization, the Senior Data Analyst in digital channel traffic acquisition team is tasked to provide the strong media insight and data analysis around IKEA’s ecommerce traffic performance across marketplace and Direct to Customer channels, etc.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing business data to perform industry research and derive answers and insights on business questions, presented and reported through using various reporting tools • Leverage data assets by data collection and processing, to provide day-to-day meaningful and actionable strategic and operational insights • Be a key internal traffic performance expert and digital acquisition contributor to support IKEA’s digital channels’ growth • Cooperate with the cross-functional media operation team and e-commerce operation team to deep dive the business needs and growth driver • Lead and consolidate the digital channel traffic performance analysis across in-site and out-site traffic, generating • Share traffic acquisition data insight with commercial team or the other cross-functional team • Be responsible for databank campaign and conversion funnel analysis • Be responsible for providing improving plan for digital channel acquisition efficiency • Track, monitor and report the day to day traffic performance, provide improvement plan based on data analysis • Promote, actively engage and share the responsibility in the delivery of the Ingka sustainability, People & Planet Positive, Strategy to enable the ongoing transformation and growth of the IKEA business
