• Assist CORE Operations Manager in general and commercial operations of the Property, ensuring best quality to enhance MEGA & IKEA brand value. • Ensure operational excellence & support RDV project to deliver good Customer experience in operational sphere. • Be responsible for performance and management of contractors within functional scope. • Create employer’s requirements, scope of works, orders, enquiries, instructions, working maps, schemes, etc. and update upon necessity for services under direct responsibility. • Ensure service quality and customer/ clients satisfaction in accordance with company standards within functional scope (mostly internal and external cleaning). • Assist CORE Operations Manager in localization, implementation and follow-up of operational standards, strategies and procedures, develop local routines and procedures to enhance performance of the Center. • Perform regular Property checks and audits to ensure appropriate level of performance, safety & security, health and safety. • When necessary handle emergency situations in order to eliminate/ minimize consequences and possible losses and damages to Property, tenants and visitors. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including permits, licenses, etc.) related to services within functional scope. • Act as back-up of specialists in parallel positions during their absence. • Assist CORE Operations Manager in Property financial reporting, relevant part of Business plan, operational costs budget, forecasting & follow-up. • Participate in business negotiations with third party contractors • Execute projects within commercial/ operational scope
